Civello is a long-standing luxury salon brand with five locations across Canada. Despite its strong reputation, the brand’s digital presence was inconsistent and underperforming. The Med Spa division, in particular, lacked visibility and engagement. Civello needed a modernized, unified marketing strategy to re-engage current clients and attract new ones — with a special focus on bringing its Med Spa services into the digital spotlight.
